Fat Transfer Before and After Photos

The patient is a 37-year-old female who desired fat transfer from her abdomen to her buttocks. During the consultation, we discussed that to achieve the voluptuous silhouette that she desired, it would be better to transfer fat from the lower back, superior hip/waist, and outer thighs and reposition it in the buttocks. She underwent this procedure, which lasted 2.5-3 hours using tumescent anesthesia and light sedation. The after photo is from one year after the procedure. The result exceeded her expectations, and she was very happy with her new physique.
