What is Procell™ treatment?

This treatment is described as an “evolved form of microneedling.” It combines the healing benefits of microneedling with human stem cell science to enhance the beauty and health of your skin.
What makes it different from “earlier-generation” techniques?
Procell™ uses proprietary precision tips to create very fine, precise, and controlled microchannels (micro-injuries) on the skin’s surface, allowing an advanced stem cell serum to penetrate deeply. Procell™ applied through microchanneling provides 340% greater absorption than topical application, enhancing effectiveness and results. This process encourages both the production of healing growth factors and that of young, firming collagen and resilient elastin. The system is complete with specialized after-care products to aid in predictable and painless healing, as well as long-lasting results from treatment.
What does Procell™ treat?
This is a highly versatile treatment appropriate for patients of all skin types and tones. Good candidates for treatment include those with signs of aging, such as fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Procell™ may even be used on lax parts of the body to tone, tighten, and recontour. What does treatment feel like?
Procell™ treatment is associated with minimal discomfort, which is relieved by applying a numbing cream to the cleansed, targeted areas of the face, neck, and other parts of the body. From there, the Procell™ is gently passed over the cleansed, numbed areas of the skin. The above-mentioned after-care products also help to soothe inflammation and promote the best experience following treatment. The most common sensation experienced is a fleeting feeling of tightness.
When will I see the results?
Our patients at Perfect Skin, MD are delighted to see visible improvements after just one treatment session, addressing concerns such as brown spots or undefined contours. While every patient is different, three to six sessions may be recommended to get your desired results. These initial treatments may be scheduled every three weeks. After achieving your “goal skin,” we may suggest maintenance sessions every four to six months to maintain that wonderful glow, softness, and smoothness.
